RIGHTER Powder Feeder-Discharger blends seemlessly into the powder conveying system with perfect fit. Tri-Clamp that can be done and undone without using tools so that the equipment transforms to respective cleaning mode and revert to conveying state swiftly and safely.
The functionality is achieved by the genuine easy access design.

Powder Bridging Breaker (PBB) is available for CIP/SIP simultaneously.
Access to all surfaces or the hygienic entity can be easily dismantled to enable effective cleaning, disinfection, and inspection routines

Cleaning and disinfection of food manufacturing equipment
The intent of cleaning is to remove contaminants from food and beverage contact and splash zone surfaces.
Contaminants take many forms, physical, chemical and microbiological. They include for example soils, lubricants, grease, blood, chemical and food residues, food allergens, and microorganisms. Once a surface has been successfully cleaned, then a disinfection step may be required. The difference between a disinfected surface and one that is sterile, is a matter of numbers.

RIGHTER Powder Feeder-Discharger is an integration and collaboration of a Powder Bridging Breaker, a Rotary Valve and an Entrainment module. The unity is not only thoroughly cleanable and powder tight but also capable to do CIP/SIP integratively with the system, on top of that it’s easy to use and user friendly.
